I did in 2012, back when i was 12. The damage is permanent. And i can do a creepy trick with it: Dislocating it on purpose, then immediately flipping it back. However, doing that trick may cause it to be dislocated in an unhealthy way permanently.

Java or Win10? That's all i gotta know. Because Java is just the IP, but Win10 is the IP and the Port. And even tho you only gave the IP, i wanna be 100% sure with this.
