So can anyone speak multiple languages? I'm only fluent in English but I do know bits of Dutch, Spanish, German, and Russian from taking language classes and playing around online. I study Dutch for fun and I'd love to throw in German and Swedish someday.

English is my only real 'fluent' language, but I took Italian classes in school so I know a bit of it. I'm also able to speak a bit of Japanese and Hebrew. I'd really like to learn to read Russian let alone speak it- if I could read it, I'd have a way easier time at my pharmacy. xD

It's not the easiest language but it looks harder than it is. People let the alphabet spook them I think.

I took years of Spanish in high school and college and I'm still mediocre at it because I didn't keep practicing.

Would you care to teach me the alphabet so it won't scare me? :3

Honestly this Wikipedia table probably does it better than I could trying to type it over a thread. The alphabet isn't really the hard part of Russian. At least it wasn't to me.

Besides native Finnish, English is only one I'm fluent with. I had 6 years of Swedish at school, but have forgotten much of it. I also had couple years of German and a little introductory course on French, but on those I know hardly more than Japanese. (On Japanese I've mostly just tried to learn to read English words written in katakana.)

I only know enough Swedish and German to be dangerous. My mother lived in Germany awhile and works for a major Swedish company so I've learned bits of pieces from her and her co-workers. I don't know jack about French and I only know a few Japanese words from weeb shit. As for Finnish I know there's memes about how complex the language can be for someone who isn't a native
