Cable management

Post by Princess MeowsePad » 2 weeks ago

I suck at cable management, so every computer I've ever built has looked like a disaster.

Are you decent at cable management? How do you do it?

I'm not great at it, but I do try to keep them out of my way. That said, my cables tend to be sorta messy in a pile of cables depending on where it is. I think dad is the one who actually 'organizes' them. I just deal with their existence.

My computer doesn't have much in the name of cables. Now my tv and gaming consoles I have all labeled and shoved behind my special gaming table I guess you'd call it except for some newer wires I've been meaning to move around now that I know they work.

I'm horrible at managing power cords and such as well. D:

It's a pain in the rear. I also have my SNES and N64 using the same cable and I just move it between the two depending on what I want to play.

Seems more efficient. You wouldn't play both at the same time, after all.

I just find it annoying since I'd rather not have to change cables over but it's really low priority for me to get a second cable.

i'd say i'm ok at cable management but the length of the power supply cables make it hard they're always just centimeters too short. it's like they're made like that on purpose >.>;;

That's a good idea. I never know which are for which. XD

My cables usually end up in some kind of pile like @@Juneberry . I've tried to make it nicer, but its hard.
